Executive Travel Services hotels are for the Siemens members of the executive boards and management of the Siemens companies. Only five star hotels and in exceptional case four star hotels are accepted in this program.
The final decision which hotel will be accepted as a SIEMENS Executive Travel Services hotel is with the German SIEMENS travel manager.
Please assure that the ratefinding process is completed latest by August 31st, 2007 since the internet portal will be closed the next day. To guarantee availability for the preferred rates for SIEMENS from January 2008 onwards the agreed rates have to be loaded in the GDS as per the rateloading information for this program not later than November 15th, 2007.
