SIEMENS AG (allotment bookings)
SIEMENS has with 250.000 business travelers worldwide a volume of individual hotel bookings of approximately 300 million Euros a year.
In 2006, SIEMENS started negotiations of Siemens allotment rates via ratefinding.com in the same way as individual bookings. Only hotels which were pre-selected by the travel manager for the individual program can be pre-selected for the allotment program. At least three rooms per day have to be offered and the rate has to less than the rate for the individual program and within the ratelimit of the relevant country.
The final decision which hotel will be accepted as a SIEMENS allotment hotel is with the national and international SIEMENS travel managers.
Please assure that the ratefinding process is completed latest by August 31st, 2007 since the internet portal will be closed the next day. To guarantee availability for the preferred rates for SIEMENS from January 2008 onwards the agreed rates have to be loaded in Pegasus not later than November 15th, 2007.
